Version 5.1
Mac and Windows, french and english versions: May 17, 2023 to Now
- In Ean 128 - GS1 128 coding, it is now possible to obtain barcodes of all sizes, standard and non-standard
- The very possible "spurious" errors, when they do not cause any actual malfunction, are automatically bypassed, without displaying the form to report them
- On MacOS, fixed a defect preventing the entry of new licenses and the installation of fonts in the "TransBar" subfolder of the computer fonts after changing the administration session or certain TimeMachine restores
- On Windows, software state files are now double-clickable as soon as they are suffixed ".transbar"
- The server function by polling is now permanently active, as soon as TransBar is launched, and comes in addition to the functions intended for operators and the server function by command line
- In server operation, an erroneous synchronous command line is no longer blocking, regardless of the error encountered

- the messages resulting from an input error are now more explicit
- the width of the barcode is reduced in the very particular case of a set of identifiers-digits consisting of three digits followed by a second set of identifier-digits composed of an even number of digits
- the identifiers 421 (ISO code + postal of the place of delivery) and 8003 (code Ean + serial number of reversible object) now admit the absence of alphanumeric characters
- In PZN coding, the start and stop characters of the symbol no longer appear as an asterisk
- In ISBN coding, data to code can be entered as it appears in the legend generally associated with this coding, for example "ISBN 978-2-266-14460-5" is valid. In this same encoding, correction of an erroneous error message for the first 3 digits 978 or 979

- The saved states of the software are double clickable
- Correction of a programming fault bringing, in a particular circumstance, the prescription of a font that does not exist. This fault could in no way create a defective barcode

- Adding a calculator to replace dimensional arrays previously provided to avoid printing micro-defects at a chosen resolution, with help to the choice of the barcode font
- Preview of sized barcodes and their dimensions, with transfer of data to print by drag and drop
- Transfer of information to be printed in plain text, RTF or CSV depending on the type of the page layout software (graphical or DTP, word processing or spreadsheet)
- Transfer of information also possible by contextual menus (right mouse click or, on MacOS, mouse click with CTRL key)
